Join me on a journey that aligns with the very cycles of Nature. This Spring Equinox Cleanse, from September 14th to 28th, isn't about obligation; it's a response to the whispers of your body, a call from deep within.

This Spring Cleanse is designed to honour this natural process. We take a gentle approach, working with your body's rhythms. In the first week, we start slow, with one meal a day, complemented by nourishing liquids such as juices, water, tea, soups, and smoothies throughout the day.

As we venture into the second week, we deepen the experience by transitioning to a regimen of just liquids. However, please understand that there are no rigid limitations or restrictions. Instead, we follow a guided protocol that respects and honours your unique needs. We meet the cleanse where we are at, regulating it according to our body's wisdom.
